Edale Pantomime is held every 2 years in March and brings the whole village together. Young and old, farmers and non-farmers, talented actors and, well, less talented….
The entire production is written, directed (losely) and performed (including live music) by villagers and generally follows the theme of a well known pantomime or story with an Edale twist. It’s rare for an Edale pantomime to happen without a reference to sheep, parking, the parish council or tourists although it’s always in general good taste. Next pantomime is March 2021.
